Jeremy Hause is an operator, builder, and entrepreneur who believes real progress comes from showing up, doing the work, and sticking with it long after the excitement wears off.
With a background rooted in construction and hands-on project execution, Jeremy spent years building, remodeling, and overseeing real-world projects where results mattered more than theory. That experience shaped how he approaches everything today: practical decisions, clear processes, and a long-term mindset.
Over time, his work naturally expanded beyond construction into real estate projects, creative businesses, and technology-enabled services. Rather than chasing a single lane, Jeremy focused on solving real problems — whether that meant improving physical spaces, building seasonal experiences families could enjoy, or simplifying everyday services that were unnecessarily complicated.
That mindset led to the development and launch of Trailer On-Demand, a technology-driven platform designed to modernize trailer rentals through fast, contactless, scan-and-go access. To support local, boots-on-the-ground operations, he also operates Hitch & Go, a straightforward trailer rental business focused on clarity, reliability, and no-hassle service.
Alongside those ventures, Jeremy founded and grew brands like Haus of Holiday Lights and Santa’s Video Mailbox, blending creativity and execution to create experiences that people return to year after year.
Today, Jeremy brings all of these efforts together under DEF Dawg Ventures, an operator-led venture group focused on building, owning, and improving practical businesses and hands-on projects. The common thread across every venture is simple: discipline, consistency, and follow-through.
Jeremy isn’t interested in hype or shortcuts. He believes freedom is earned through responsibility, effort, and doing things the right way — even when no one is watching.

Kari Baker brings steadiness, compassion, and quiet strength to everything she does. She’s someone who shows up prepared, pays attention to the details, and cares deeply about people — whether that’s in her work, her service, or her relationships.
Her professional background began in the optical field, where she spent years helping people see more clearly, both literally and figuratively. Working hands-on with patients required precision, patience, and trust — skills that continue to shape how she approaches every role she takes on.
Today, Kari has transitioned into the security field, where she works full-time with SSM and also provides private security on weekends. It’s a role that demands situational awareness, responsibility, and calm decision-making under pressure — qualities she brings naturally and consistently.
Beyond her professional work, Kari’s faith plays a central role in her life and the choices she makes. It has led her into missions work, including an annual trip to Honduras with a group of opticians who provide eye exams and glasses to small villages that otherwise wouldn’t have access to that care. Serving others in this way is not something she talks about lightly — it’s simply part of who she is.
Kari is drawn to meaningful experiences, genuine connections, and work that matters. She values growth, service, and doing things with intention rather than noise or attention.
